Summary: Ease pain away
Comment: No, this product won't take the place of a skilled massage therapist, but for someone with chronic muscle tension and pain, it will provide significant relief. It does help if you alternate between the two power settings -- ten minutes high, ten minutes low, ten minutes high -- or something like that, so that the muscles experience a change of stimulus.
My only dislike is that I can't have the heat without the massagers running. My biggest like is that it does the entire body, not just shoulders or shoulders and back.

Comment: Stretch out on this, turn all of it on, and relax as the day fades away. If, however, what you really need is a massage, only a deep mussel pounder will provide relief.

Summary: A Letdown Even at 1/2 the Price
Comment: Pros:
- Mat itself is comfortable
- Relatively inexpensive (or in this case, maybe cheap IS the correct word) for a massaging back mat
Cons:
- Cord is short - the picture of the guy on the couch using it is unrealistic unless he has an extension cord under the couch
- Low massage strength
- Massage areas lose effect when more than one area or heat is turned on (see comment)
- Strap that is designed to hold massage pad to chairs is ineffective
- Not easy to roll up for storage
I purchased this as an impulse buy (for myself) at Christmas time. I intended to use it after my daily gym workouts.
Long story short, at high-power, each area gives a so-so massage. However, unless you have hours on end to spend on the pad, that is worthless, since the massage motors are all dependent on one another.
What I mean is, if you have one of the zones on at full power with no heat, it works at full power. Add a 2nd section and each section operates at 1/2 power. Have all the sections going, and well let's just say the vibrations certainly won't disturb anyone. Add the heat, and the whole thing might as well be turned off.

Summary: Excellent muscle pain relief
Comment: I have mild Cerebral Palsy and my muscles just ache most of the time. Just as advertised, 10 minutes on this pad and you are relaxed. The 4 zones are very good for when you lie on your stomach and want to get at your legs, but not your upper body.
Very low noise with this product, unlike a foot spa which sounds like you are doing construction in your room.
Even though the heat is not adjustable, the temperature is not too hot. It doesn't cause me to sweat.
Received product 3 days ahead of shipping estimate. Note, it comes in a large box with lots of packing material to protect the product.

Good length of whole mat to cover whole body. 10 massaging points gives good massage. I use it after coming from office and it relax my whole body... I feel an increase in blood circulation when i switch if off after 15 minutes...
