Summary: good for on the go
Comment: I typically use the slim-fast optima chocolate royale shake mix, that i mix with soy milk (yum) since I am lactose intolerant, but this is a good substitute for on-the-go. I don't think it tastes as good as the powder does in soy milk, which is strange because usually powders aren't as good, but this is still great for when you aren't at home.

Comment: For anyone who is gluten- and lactose-intolerant, and trying to lose weight, this product is a Godsend. The chocolate (and vanilla) shakes are delicious. So are the coffee-flavored shakes. I look forward to trying any other flavors as well. Buying them on Amazon makes it so easy. This version of Slim-Fast tends to be very expensive at your local retailer and doesn't go on sale nearly as often as the standard Slim-Fast. Amazon's prices are lower, plus you don't have to lug all the cans in the house! They ship for FREE! And if you sign up to get it delivered consistently, you save 15%, making Amazon hands down the place to get your Slim-Fast. I pray Slim-Fast never discontinues this product (as they did with the Soy several years ago).

Summary: Just as good as the original
Comment: I've recently learned that I'm lactose intolerant. Regular milk makes me bloated and very uncomfortable. As someone who has used the original Slim-Fast for lunch and sometimes breakfast for years, this was a problem. This product has allowed me to return to using Slim-Fast as part of my healthful and economical lunches. I think the "Easy to Digest" Slim-Fast tastes almost the same as the original, and after a week or so of use, no different.
I have Amazon ship Slim-Fast to me every month, which is convenient, and make the cost almost the same as the bulk purchases I previously made of the original Slim-Fast product at one of the national warehouse stores.

Comment: I very happy with this product. Not only does it taste good, but its a convenient way to get an extra boost when needed. The auto shipments are fabulous, flexible to change.

Summary: Great Product!
Comment: Great Product. Chocolet flavor is delicious and I find it filling and am losing weight as desired. It reduces my craving for sweet tasting food. I use 2 cans a day plus healthy foods with guidance from dieticians on slimfast.com. Calcium- instead of sodium-caseinate(pre-digested milk protein) in this product reduces feeling puffy from water retention, and it's great to have a good source of calcium in my diet. It's the only "diet" drink that does not cause my stomach to feel raw(lactose intolerance) soon after drinking it. And it doesn't make me feel washed out a couple hours later as do products with higher blood glycemic effects. The reduced soy protein and increased cow's milk protein/caseinate reduce estrogenic effects which are present in soy "milk" that, in my experience,trigger increased amount of sensitive fibrocystic breast tissue, too.
