Customer Rating: Summary: LG VX8300 USB Data Cable Comment: The product is a great deal. If I remember correctly, Verizon wanted $30 for the same cable! The software installation was a bit tricky. Once this is properly configured, the product works as advertised. Customer Rating: Summary: Needs Drivers Comment: The CD that ships with this product does not have the USB drivers for the 8300. I had to hunt them down on the internet. Once I found them, this product worked with 8300 and BITPIM. They should have put the proper drivers on the CD. The cables work just fine. I use them for transferring my contact list on my cell phone to my computer. Customer Rating: Summary: Price is right Comment: The phone plug has to be inserted just so into the phone (I have the LG VX8300). Not the best fit and at first though it was the wrong cable. But once you figure out how to manipulate it, it works just fine. I have down loaded music from my computer to the phone's expansion memory card easily. At the price it is beyond perfect.
