I was concerned with how the food item would be packaged. The Gyro slices were still frozen when I recieved them. The gyro slices were delicious, they taste better than most of the restaurants I frequent. I love Gyros and thought why not order from Amazon, at least that would make me feel better about the whole idea. My order was delivered in 3 days - it would have been 2 but we had a storm and the driver couldn't get here. It was fabulaously packed with ice packs that we could reuse. Editorial Reviews: Gyro Meat Cooked and Sliced. Just Heat and Serve. Made from Beef and Lamb Meat.  Contains bread crumbs. Made in the USA. Heating Instructions: Place gyro slices on a pre-heated grill (pan). Heat for 40-60 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Servings: This 5 lb package contains approx. 110 slices which will make approx. 20-25 gyros sandwiches.
