Comment: This product is the best shower head/handheld combo I have ever purchased. I called the the manufacturer(Alsons)to get some genaral questions answered and they were a total delight. You have to love a product with a life time wty! I suggest calling the company if you are having a "wobbly mount" they fixed mine.

It's perfect fot those tiring days, you can stand under the afixed shower head and relax while using the other on the message setting. Extremly high value for the price.

Comment: I bought this shower head for my husband for Christmas and honestly I love it as well. It is an inexpensive compromise if you are looking for a multi-shower head but can't afford a huge remodel. It is also wonderful if you just want rain cascading down on you. An unexpected advantage was that my husband is tall and I am short, so he really likes that the detachable sprayer is about six inches taller than the standard shower head.

Summary: good idea but poor constraction
Comment: i like the 3 way diverter, and bought this unit basically for that. just to reiterate some points others have commented on:
1. water pressure is very good on both hand shower and showerhead.
2. cheap plastic construction that breaks easily, especially if you tightened it too much, the connector will crack and start leaking.
3. the hose is plastic, not metal, so it doesn't stay down.
overall i think this is a good combo. despite the obvious cons, I am keeping it for the water pressure.
