Summary: The best sharp cheddar you can buy
Comment: At least that I've found. This crumbly sharp white cheddar has a bite that is unrivaled by any other cheddar I've tasted. Recently my grocery stores in my area stopped carrying it, so I've tried SEVERAL sharp cheddars, white and otherwise, to replace it. None comes close. It melts so nicely in the microwave and is addictingly tasty. All Tillamook cheese is especially creamy and delicious, but this one is by far my favourite.
