Customer Rating: Summary: Great headphones Comment: I think I have bad hearing (or at least my boyfriend tells me so). Perhaps as a result, I have trouble with headphones. Most of them produce bad sound quality which I can barely hear, and generally static for the other person on the line.
I have had no problems with this set whatsoever. The person I'm talking to has no idea that I have headphones on, and hears me great without too much ambient noise. With the stereo earphones, I have no trouble hearing as well.
And it's super cheap! Well worth every penny.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good headset for your Blackberry...but Comment: This is a great headset for your Blackberry (I use it on my Pearl). Sound quality is good enough for music and calls and it actually makes it easier to listen to your phone calls. The microphone isn't great and picks up a lot of wind noise, unlike many of the sound canceling microphones out there.
However if you live in California (and possibly other states that require hands free wireless in the car), don't cover both ears while driving as that's could result in a ticket. Either only use one earphone of the 2, or use a different headset in the car.
Customer Rating: Summary: great price for the product... Comment: When I was first looking for a stereo headset for my Blackberry, I found this exact one for $17.99 but shipping was $7.99. I thought the price was fine but the shipping was a bit too much. I looked further and on Amazon.com found one for $7.99 and shipping was $4.99. Whoa!!! A bit cheaper. For 13 bucks I couldn't go wrong. Someone else wrote how the ear buds were too big but I found them perfect. Good experience overall.
Customer Rating: Summary: warning: the 8300 needs a 3.5 jack Comment: To resolve this uncomfortable earbud I purchased a Plantronics headset (said to be compatible) which had one ear and a boom...very cool BUT 2.5 does not fit the 8300 AND Radioshack does not have an adapter for cells. So far this is only wired choice.
Customer Rating: Summary: Headset Comment: The headset arrived on time and works well.
I find it tends to fall out of my ears a bit but then I have not yet found one that works well for me.
