Unlike Personna, where you merely push down on a notch and slide the blade out, here you have to push down directly on the paper-wrapped blade and then nudge it past its opening. A problem I had (in all three packages) the protective wrapping got caught on the way out; this was especially true toward the end of the supply (last 2-3 blades). Also I found it difficult to slip a used blade in the back.
