Summary: So little blood and so fast results
Comment: Using the smallest drop of blood this gadget works quick. The future of blood sugar monitoring is hear with out the 200 dollar price tag and 1 1/2 pint blood sample size. Cheap replaceable and with a known Manufacturer

Comment: Strips seem to work fine and i'm impressed with how cheap they were. However, each individual box said not for retail sale. I called freestyle and they said the strips would be fine.

FREESTYLE GLUCO TEST STRIPS is for use with FreeStyle Blood Glucose Monitors. The FreeStyle test strip obtains a sufficient sample from a very small amount of blood as follows:
The small sample is automatically pulled into the strip
A confirmation beep tells you that the sample is adequate
A sample can be reapplied to the same target area on the strip for up to 60 seconds
Dual sample target areas make it easy to fill from the left or right side
The test strip uses capillary action and acts like a sponge to pull the exact amount of blood (0.3 L) into the strip.
