Summary: Overall Great HRM Watch
Comment: This is a great overall watch. It has a lot of features, the multi-lap chrono, the countdown timer, alarm, and of course 5 zone + manual HRM feature. I find the out of range alert very helpful while working out...the bell will ring slow if I go over my range limit, and rings fast if I need to go faster.

The one thing that I have not figured out is how to stop my workouts. I've been fumbling around with it many times but Timex does not make it too easy to turn off the HRM. I know other manufacturers watches automatically stop once u take off the strap but not this one. But I am sure that if one actually looks in the manual it would not be that hard.

The band on the watch is a bit thin (not as wide as a normal men's watch).

Overall I would give this watch a 4.5 out of 5 just b/c of the complexity of turning off the watch.

Summary: Good but complicated
Comment: This is a very good watch, with a lot of functions but, if you're not used to have a watch with so many buttons, you really need to read the manual and pay a lot of attention to it.
The basic functions are quite simple but, if you want to use it as a trainning gadget, you'll need to manually set few things that are not so intuitive.
In general I'm very happy with it and I'm sure that with a little of practice I'll get to understand the whole capability it has.

Summary: it works
Comment: Pro:
I average 10 miles a week with legs and lungs to supplement my martial arts practice and I stand 5'9" and weigh 180lbs. The basic features for this watch are great for the casual to semi-serious runners and work out junkies. HRM, Target Zones that beeps if you exceed or fall below, average heart beats per lap, and approximate calories burned (I wouldn't really rely on this because every body is different) are to name a few of the features that I like. A very AFFORDABLE HRM watch, I've been looking around for the past year and couldn't really justify paying $100+ for a Polar or anything within that price range - If I was a pro triathlon athlete, the story would change. However I'm sure this watch can meet some expectations of the pro's.

Cons:
The face of the watch was a little bit small to read. I tend to jog at night so it's important for me to stay alert and not have to zone in on the watch to figure out my HR and time. Therefore, this was the primary reason why I exchanged it with a Timex Ironman T5C411 Unisex 30-Lap Digital Fitness Heart Rate Monitor Watch. The T5C411 is much more aesthetically pleasing with a large face, same functions, and a few more bucks out of the wallet. Nonetheless, don't discount its size for its functionality!

Summary: Monitor Watch
Comment: I had problems with the shipping, it got lost and I had to wait more than a month to get my product.
But the whatch was good.

Summary: Covers All My Needs
Comment: This watched covered all my needs at a reasonable price. Heart monitor works excellent, I'm average height and build and the watch fits perfectly as well as the heart monitoring device. It also has Indiglo which is a must for me as I use this as my primary watch when I'm not working out.
