Brand new wood core low profile balance beam and 40 x 80 Vinyl Folding Gym Mat. The beam is 8 ft long with a padded top and is covered with a heavy "Commercial Grade" synthetic suede material. The material is durable and easy to clean. The work surface is 4 in. wide and the beam is 5in high.
The beam is made using cross grain laminated wood construction. This gives the beam its strength and prevents warping or twisting. The core is hand planed to its final shape with rounded corners and edges.
This will make a great practice beam.
The folding mat is designed and manufactured with the best materials available. We use 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon (heavy vinyl) for the cover.
We reinforce all wear points such as corners. Our mat tops don't have any sewed seams except along the edges. We use 1 3/8" thick cross-linked polyethylene foam.
