Comment: Everything's great except the belt clip for the phone sometimes pops off the belt when sitting down. You also have to remove the clip when charging because it obstructs the connector for charging. That's a minor inconvenience though.

Comment: I basically purchased this package to go with my new Motorola V9 and I needed the data cable. The included data cable is for mini ports and the V9 has a micro port. At first I was worried but then saw that my phone came with a mini to micro adapter. I honestly don't know why Motorola made this new phone with a micro port anyway considering the v3xx and other prior phones were not. I guess they want you to buy all new accessories!
Anyway, everything came very quickly and packaged well. The travel charger will come in handy on the road, and the extra car charger went into the 2nd car. The cable itself worked great. I downloaded a more up to date version of Phone Tools so I can't speak for this discs version.
As soon as I plugged my phone in Vista picked it right up and installed the drivers. Motorola Phone Tools was extremely easy to use. It has easy to follow directions and nice big pictures for the less technical folk out there. You know who you are! :P I was able to transfer pictures and my phone book from my pc to phone and vice versa. My only problem was with ringtones. For the life of me I could not get the V9 to take ANY music files. For ringtones theres certain requirements for the V9 such as being a certain format/size/quality. I met them all. I kept getting a codec error. The files would play on my computer and even in Phone Tools, but they wouldn't transfer to my phone. I read that this is a problem with Vista so I'm going to try it on my XP computer tomorror and see how it goes.
Other than that little ringtone quirk I have no complaints whatsoever. A very nice deal for such a low price. And to think Motorola is charging 35 bucks for the software alone! So I saved a bunch and got a few free goodies. :D

Comment: All components arrived, and were as described in the ad. Everything worked properly; however, the belt clip broke after a few weeks' use. The software disc was my main interest, and it did what I hoped it would do.
