I cut back to 1 a day and don't seem to have any problemsnow. Hopefully, when I go back to the doctor, I'll find out if the capsules worked on my cholesterol. Started oatmeal once a day and one of these twice a day, my cholesterol has dropped 30 points in 9 months.
