Comment: Item did not work, part number matches working item I own. I bought 2 of these cables and both of them do not work. When i plug the cable in to a USB port and connect it to my phone *nothing* happens.
I already had a working cable, and it works on the exact same setup where all I change is the cable.
These cables are defective. I would call them cheap knock-off's but they have a samsung OEM sticker.

Comment: The product is no good. For starters it isn't even a real Samsung cable. I called Samsung to confirm this. The only thing the cable will do is charge the phone while it is plugged into the computer. Even after you download the necessary drivers and software, from the Samsung website, it still doesn't work. Trust me, I've tried everything. I came out better getting a Bluetooth adapter. It's great. I'll use this 'fake' cable as a backup charger because that's all it's good for. Save your money, don't buy this cable.
