Summary: Junk - DO NOT BUY
Comment: I get 2 bars of signal near my front window, and pretty much zero anywhere else in my house. All I wanted was to be able to use my cell phone on the couch. I followed the instructions precisely, placing the white receiver unit in the window where signal can be found, and placing the transmitting antenna 15 feet away. I still get...zero bars. Like a previous reviewer, the manufacturer support tried to upsell the much more expensive models after telling me "this model has a lot of problems and is pretty unreliable".
I tried both my work (AT&T) and personal (US Cellular) phones to be sure it wasn't just an issue with one network. It's not. Of course, I tried them one-at-a-time since this device is only rated for a single user. Needless to say, I'm sending this back first thing Monday morning.

Summary: It works but you need to be close...
Comment: once i figured out the black antenna goes near the phone and the white receiver box goes in the window it was working perfectly. If there were some better instructions i should have known that, but the picture on the manufacturer web pages confused me.
Red light means the antenna is to close to the receiver. Green light means is sitting idle and ready for a call. Flashing green light means you are on a call and it is handling the connection. If you move away the light goes solid green and cell signal drops, moving closer again the signal comes back and the light begins flashing again. This is what i have experienced and hopefully it helps...

Summary: Worked for me
Comment: It worked as advertised. I was able to go from 1 - 2 bars on the cell phone all the way to a constant 3 - 5 bars. I couldn't believe the times that I had full bars on the phone.
I live way out in the country and there is no broadband internet except the pricey satelite. I use the cell phone for internet service, but with 1 - 2 bars I would constantly lose the connection or it was very very slow (almost like dial-up). Now I can use the cell phone like a broadband modem and I don't lose the connection.
I have two regrets: 1 - I didn't purchase this sooner, and 2 - I should have purchased the 300.00 model so that I can be anywhere in the house.

Comment: I work from home and I could not get a phone to work from my house. This product made it possible for me to use my cell phone at my home office. I now can get cell reception in my office. LOVE IT.

Summary: Too good to be true
Comment: This product advertises amazing results, but does not perform as described. I purchased this product to boost the signal in my office at work because my office building is in a somewhat remote suburb. I did not see any improvement in the strength or consistency of my signal after a few days of continuous use. I was not hoping for miracles, but was at least hoping to see some improvements. I will continue looking for alternatives, as I was not at all satisfied with this product and I have since returned it.
