Comment: I waited a couple of months before writing this and I have to say I love this thing. It is quite powerful and probably not for everybody. It took me awhile to get used to it but I look forward to my nightly massage while I watch the Wheel and Jeporady.

Comment: I first purchased one of these in December from Sears. The massage was nice, although I could feel the massagers grinding a bit in their sockets in the upper part of the cushion. But the moment I tried to turn on the heat, the whole thing just stopped dead and I could not get it to power up again at all. I took it back and it was replaced. I was afraid to try the heat option again until recently, and with good reason -- the second cushion died in the exact same way!

No more of these for me -- I'm outside the return window for the second one, so I'll just take it as a $99 lesson not to trust Homedics products and spring for a more reliable massager.

Comment: I bought this chair along with the SBM-300H series and they both have problems with the remote part of the chairs. I returned the first chair I got (SBM-300) to Amazon and they refunded me, but then I had to replace the last two I bought and have returned them both to the vendor in hopes that I can get better chairs. They are really nice to have when they work but for how long is a good question. This will make the third chair that I've had to replace. I like shopping with Amazon, but it's frustrating when they are hard to get a hold of, because the customer service is not easy to contact, meaning it's not user friendly.
