Summary: awesome, refreshing talent
Comment: I was pleasantly surprised by how good this disc is. Sara is truly a great song writer, poet and singer. What you hear on the radio barely scratches the surface of what she has to offer. Some of the deeper cuts are the best. I highly recommend this disc.

Comment: I, like I'm sure many others did, bought this CD for "Lovesong" hoping the rest of it would be as interesting. Unfortunatly it fell well short for me. I just bought this CD and I suppose there are a few other songs worth listening to more than once, but it just isn't enough to make me not resell it tomorrow.

Comment: I haven't given it the chance it needs by listening to the whole CD in one sitting, but what I have listened to I have liked. She is a breath of fresh air and has a great style.

Summary: I love this cd!
Comment: As soon as I heard the song 'Love Song', I had to find out who sang it, & buy her cd. Sarah Bareilles is an amazing talent, & the cd is one of the best I've ever found. I love finding true 'artists' - in addition to her unique voice, she writes her own music & plays the piano. The cd is a great mix of fun songs & bluesy sad songs. My favorite is still 'Love Song', but I also love 'Fairy Tales', & honestly, I love the rest of the songs too.
I can't wait to see her as the opening act with Maroon 5 & Counting Crows in Jones Beach in July!
