Comment: I really enjoy the zoic french vanilla protein drink. As a diabetic it does not raise my blood sugar levels and it helps with weight control. I would recommend this product to anyone who is loosing weight, working out, or just wants a nutrious snack.

Comment: ZOIC is a perfect post run recovery drink. After a run of 6 miles or longer, I consume one within 30 minutes and have noticed that I am not as tired the remainder of the day. I believe it aids tremendously in restoring vitamins and promoting muscle recovery. I recommend this product for anyone involved in endurance training. I only wish there were more flavors available. Amazon's price beats the price a grocery or drug stores and the convenience of having a supply on hand is nice.

Comment: As a gastric bypass surgery patient, I'm very impressed and pleased with the introduction of this product. It's important for gastric bypass surgery patients to consume 50-60 grams of protein every day (plus supplemental vitamins) to ensure proper nutrition, and Zoic is a perfect way to start every morning to get in an instant 21 grams of protein plus extra needed vitamins. I personally like both flavors, but to me it tastes better by adding in 2 packets of sucralose (Splenda) and stir it in prior to drinking. It tasted like it needed to be a bit sweeter. I really like the Belgian Chocolate and like the French Vanilla as a change of pace. I buy it by the case, and the Amazon price will be tough to beat. I'm going to sign up for the monthly auto-ship plan to save even more money. I'll need to get 2 cases/month. Some days I'll have 2 cans. Excellent product - highly recommended!!!

Summary: Keeps Hunger at Bay
Comment: I bought this product because I don't always have time for a meal. I usually drink Slim-Fast but unfortunately it never really made me feel full. I have to say that ZOIC definitely takes the hunger away! I can't believe that after drinking this, I don't feel hungry for several hours, which is a big deal for me. (I'm always hungry!) I guess it's because of the 21 grams of protein, which is a lot more than Slim-Fast.
The taste is good, comparable to other meal-replacement drinks. I take one out of the refrigerator and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes before I drink it because I like them really cold and frothy. I will definitely be ordering this product again, and I think next time I'll try chocolate.
