Summary: BEST VITAMINS ON THE PLANET!!!
Comment: I have been taking these since I ran my first marathon (in 1992)after I got a sample in my 'goody bag'. I have converted my husband, who was a CONFIRMED non-vitamin person to take these daily, as well as several other people; All have been as pleased with the product as I have been. It really loads you up on all your essentials and has the added benefit of electrolytes and some herbs. The elecrolytes are really important if you work out and do a lot of sweating. Super for energy, as well. I am a confirmed believer in these babies!! Try them, you will not be disappointed in how you feel!

Simply the best Multivitamin I've ever had. You take four pills a day, the four pills together make up the contents of ONE serving. So basically instead of giving you one gigantic, hard to swallow pill, they break it into four pills. I think it may help with absorption too.
I have a rather picky and sensitive stomach and even on an empty stomach, I haven't had problems of that sort.
Performance Labs who make this product is a good company based in Calif. and has the highest rating with the Better Business Bureau, they give them not one "A" but "AAA" which is "exemplary".
They say that in order to insure potency that they send it to a lab to independently test its potency, although when I wrote the company to urge them to publish these results, they haven't replied.
You can't make a claim and not have anything to show for it.
Regardless, the stuff works well and on some days I distinctly sense a burst of energy. Overall a better sense of well being.
Another thing that the company should do is tell us WHO is the mind that put this mix of vitamins and herbs together in those quantities.. it would be nice to know.. be it a person or a team. It is odd to take a mix of vitamins and herbs in specific quantities without knowing who decided how much of each to put in.
If you're living with chronic fatigue or you can use a boost of energy (who doesn't!), try this thing out.

Comment: I have been taking Vitalert for a few years now and it works great. I have so much energy and feel good all day. Not being able to drink caffein I was worried about feeling jittery and anxious at first but not at all. I do notice a difference when I don't take them for a few days, I feel a little down and tired.
