Summary: Won't stay in the ear
Comment: I got this headset and promptly returned it. I tried the different sized earpieces that came with it, but couldn't get the thing to stay in my ear. It kept coming loose and falling out no matter what I did. I didn't really get a chance to see how calls sounded on it because it wouldn't stay in my ear to use it!

Comment: Gave this as a gift to my wife for Christmas. She loves it. Easy to Pair, good reception around the house (More than I expected from a bluetooth device) She is stay-at-home mom, and needs to have both hands free for handling our 3-month old. She loves the freedom and the fact that she doesn't have to hold her head sideways to talk on the phone. She called me using the WEP180 and she sounded clear and didn't break up. Our house is small, but she can go from the living room into the bedroom and not lose connection with the phone. (about 35 feet and through a doorway)
She loves the red color and the size- can't tell she has it in. I made a good choice with this one.
