Summary: Very good headset
Comment: The sound quality is amazing. Given that it goes deep into your ear, you may even not hear other noise sometimes. The extending boom is a nice option if your caller has difficulties hearing you. Buttons are a bit small and the power on/off button is tricky to operate, as if you press hard, you're actually pushing the piece, deep into your ear. Mute button could have been placed little down. Very good value for the price.

Summary: doesn't work for helio ocean
Comment: I just got it and have been struggling with it for a day. It's not the products fault, it's my phone. This will not (apparently) work with the helio ocean. I quickly and easily pair it with my roommates phones. With the ocean, it'sll pair, connect and everything, but no sound comes through.

Summary: MOST EXCELLENT
Comment: This is the best bluetooth device I have had to date. The Plantronics Voyager 512 was good, but eventually broke. I bought a Jawbone device, but was VERY disappointed in the fit. It worked well, but was very uncomfortable regardless of the earpiece or ear loop configuration.
The Plantronics Voyager 815 is very light and comfortable. You hardly know it's there! The sound is great. I hear everybody, they hear me. The unit seals very well in the ear. In fact, when it is in your ear, and you are not on a call, it keeps all sound out. It took a very short time to get used to, but minor compared to all the other benefits!

Summary: Worst I had so far
Comment: This is how bad it is: my girlfriend refuses to answer my calls until I replace my Voyager 815 with something else. Incoming call quality is tolerable as long the phone is at the same side of the body as the headset, otherways it quickly starts to deteriorate. People on the other side of the line usually complain that my voice is barely audible, connection is cracking up, often filled with white noise.

Voice dialing that was almost a sureshot with my previous Nokia headset, now recognizes less than a third of entries. Triggering voice dialing is completely unreliable because due to unfortunate design the headset turns off if the button is held for slightly too long. It loses connection with my phone more often than any previous handset.

It's impossible to keep the darn thing in my ear regardless to the size of the speaker cap I use.

Summary: Not impressed!
Comment: I was expecting something MUCH better after reading the reviews online. Although since my purchase the review rating has already gone down. The clarity is fine on my end, but the person I am speaking to sometimes says that I sound like I'm talking under water.

The thing I am hating the most about my headset, is that it doesn't fit in my ear properly, and is always falling out. I tried every single ear piece attachment that it comes with, and I can't get a good fit.

The best thing about it is the sleek design / look -- but who cares about that if you can't use it without being annoyed by it each time!?

Pick something with a higher star rating... that's my advice :)
