Comment: Battery shipped the day of the order and so far it works fine. Be advised that this extended-size door is silver, so it doesn't match the color of Sprint's black Q phone. I'm getting a case so it won't be seen anyway. It came with the ringtone CD as described. Don't pay more for the same product!

Comment: The battery came with door and cd. There were no instructions but, "it's just a battery". I would recommend for anyone looking to replace stock battery.
