Comment: These are the strips made to be used in the FreeStyle meter and so they work perfectly with it. Results appear in about 3 seconds, which is probably the fastest time for any blood glucose testing meter. The price here was better than my insurance prescription price at the pharmacy, which is why I chose to buy the strips through Amazon.

Comment: Requires smallest amount of blood draw for fingersticks than any other meter on the market so are good for those who have trouble getting larger blood droplets. But I found them to frequently give false higher than true readings and inconsistent readings when multiple tests were done with the same finger stick in a product test. The retail price is excessively high (averaging 90 cents or more per strip)when compared to other reliable name and off brand test strips so shop around for the best price if you plan to use Freestyle test strips.
