The chain is almost invisible when you wear it, I like how the pendant seems to be hanging alone... I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase! Easy to combine with.

For the price it was excellent. I actually found it to be a little bigger than I imagined having read others reviews, being an inch long and 1/3 maybe wide.
The diamonds are nothing flash but they are there and are set in 14 ct white gold. The actual pendant is quite sturdy. The chain is very small, but at $29 Australian dollars (less for you guys) I'm can't complain. I recieved it in a nice box too and untangled!! I think this must be the luck of the draw because I have bought other items from Amazon that have tangled chains. However as I always see chains as a bonus on lower priced items it doesn't worry me.
At the end of the day I am happy with this product and see it as a good present for a young person or maybe I will keep it and wear it for every day. It actually goes very nicely with some white gold heart earrings I bought earlier this year.

Summary: Case when the actual jewel is better than photo
Comment: Sometimes the enhancing and lighting of jewel photographs make them look nicer than they really are, but this is definitely one example of the contrary! I hadn't had my hopes too high for this necklace, that's why I was pleasantly surprised when I finally received... it's really really nice! The design is somewhat unusual and though the diamonds are very small, you can still notice their shine. It's true that the chain is very thin, but I think it works well with the pendant. You just have to handle it carefully and make sure it doesn't tangle. I recommend it!

Comment: This pendant is very feminine and just the right size (1 inch long!). The diamonds are tiny, but still have a very nice sparkle. The chain is very fine and quite elegant. My girlfriend doesn't usually wear pendants, but she really likes this one because it can be matched up with a wide variety of outfits. For this price you can't go wrong! 10k gold and diamonds, not bad!
Word of caution: The chain my be need to be untangled!
