Summary: Excellent value for money
Comment: I must say: "excellent value for money". I've used this in my basement finishing project and it's been working very well. It's not as good as the "professional" lifts, but hey it's also a lot cheaper and does the job well. The assembly only takes few minutes, which was amazing.
All in all a good tool and it sure beats hanging drywalls with your wife.

Comment: I have 2 ceilings I am going to have to do by myself. I checked into renting one, but I had this tool paid for in just a little over 3 days worth of rental. I could pay someone to help me, but that also is expensive. I have yet to use this tool, but I can see a ton of help in it. I've worked in auto body repair and tool and die for most of my adulthood. I'm looking with great anticipation in working with it. It puts a smile on my face. It will make a very difficult job a whole lot easier. It works as it is supposed to(it goes up and down smoothly, the brake works well, the casters roll and rotate well, etc.). I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
