Comment: Sombra works!!! I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck and Sombra works better than prescription pain relievers or ibuprofen. The fragrance is pleasant to me, however it is strong so I use it only at home. I especially appreciate it at night, as the pain relief lets me sleep. I like natural approachs whenever possible, especially when they are much more effective than over the counter pain rubs. I would probably be addicted to pain pills if I hadn't discovered Sombra.
