Summary: Sturdy & good value
Comment: I recently purchased this case for my new Cannon Camera and impressed with how sturdy it is. Seems to do a good job of protecting the camera.
Has a tiny zip pocket for memory card storage. HOWEVER, it has NO strap, so is very difficult to carry either around wrist or neck. It does have a loop to run a belt through, but if you're one who rarely wears a belt, that does little good and it's not located in an area conducive to running a strap through to substitute as a neck or wrist strap. Basically, this case is awkward to carry, but great for protection in the car, in a bag, etc.

Summary: Well Made Compact Case for G9
Comment: I bought this case for our new Canon G9 after reading various reviews on the internet. I looked at the Canon cases made for the G9, but they were kind of bulky. Also looked at a couple made by Lowepro. I was looking for something compact. This case is actually made for a smaller PowerShot, but the G9 fits in snugly. There's probably enough room for another memory card or maybe a spare battery, but that's about it. Only criticism is that it has a belt loop instead of a clip, but most seem to be made the same way. Just came back from 10 days in Greece and the case worked great. Sturdy, stylish and handy. The best choice for a compact case for the G9.

Summary: Great for case for carrying your Powershot
Comment: I got this because I had a gift certificate and wanted a cheap case for my Canon IS570. It's got a just enough hardshell to make it safely rigid, but otherwise comfortable. This is the case for attaching to a belt for carrying around or the wear on your hip-- there's no extra room for carrying lenses etc, so get this if you're in the ready to go mobile mode. For Canon Powershots (check your model) it's a great fit.
