I already had a measuring spoon that came with my neti pot and it measures out enough salt fine. Each bag will last months, the bags should last well over a year. Works fine without irritation.

Summary: Might deform your nose after long use
Comment: After all the hype about this product, I found it very uncomfortable to use. The water flow out of the same nose, so you need to make sure the spout is well inside the nose. I am concerned that after long use, it might have effect on my nasal middle cartilage. I went back to use the saline nasal pump you can buy in your neighborhood drugstore.

Comment: I have used AYR and Neilmed. The Neti Pot Salt is cheaper when bought 3 bags at a time along with the starter kit. Works great and does not burn. Highly recommend to people who suffer from sinus headaches like myself.
