Comment: When I first read about Eric Lindell in Relix, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but I ordered it from Amazon anyways. Since recieving the cd 2 months ago, I think I have listened to it almost every day. I'm so glad I decided to try it out. A few weeks later, I ordered his previous cd which was just as smooth sounding as the 2nd. Now I have both rotating in my truck everyday. I was thrilled when I saw that they were coming to a local bar. Seeing them live was such a treat. They sounded great live and were so laid back and social with the crowd. They took the time to speak and sign cd's and posters with everyone. It's so rare to find a group with such a unique sound of their own that perform just as good-if not better-live, and have such a great vibe about them. I guarantee anyone who orders this cd will not be disappointed.

Comment: I had heard "Lay back down" but was really surprised to find the entire album just as enjoyable. An Excellent cd--i'd recommened it in a heartbeat. it's kind of a funky, jazzy, country, creole sound. I'm very happy!!

Summary: More Good Stuff from Eric Lindell
Comment: This is another great album from a gifted rock songwriter and singer. Great arrangments and musicians: stories that paint pictures and entertain the mind, music that will have you dancing or at least playing air guitar. Has drawn exponentially larger and larger crowds every year at the New Orleans Jazz Fest with stellar live performances. Check out his early album "Piety Street Session."
