Comment: i found all the things that i heard about xylitol to be true:
- it doesn't give you the sugar rush. so you don't have any more cravings for sweet stuff. sweets become like any other food to you.
- you have a fresh feeling in your mouth. you don't have that crazy craving for something to drink.
- have you ever noticed that your teeth feel kind of sticky and dirty after you had a chocolate bar? and did it feel like you have to wash them immediately? well, xylitol seems to take care of that. after drinking a hot chocolate sweetened with xylitol your teeth feel like freshly brushed.
- it's great for baking
- it's just great. period
and it's 100% natural!
ever since i started using xylitol i stopped using sugar and it cured me of my sugar addiction but i still can enjoy sweets! i don't ever wanna miss it!
