Comment: Unfortunately, I did not realize the case would not except the extended battery size.

Comment: The side of the case that covers the flip side of the phone is attached with a snap. If the snap comes undone, then the entire phone can easily slip out of the non-flip side of the case (the side connected to the belt clip) and can fall and be lost or damaged.
I solved this by adding tie-wrap strips to supplement the snap. It has worked fine ever since, but this shouldn't need to be done.
