Nevertheless, my Centro looked bulky and heavy. I could live with that, but when my Centro required a hard reset and I had to remove my battery, It was impossible to remove the Snap-on Cover without breaking it (I had to guess how to do it because product comes without instructions, and obviously, I had no success) Not a solution for me Customer Rating: Summary: No happy with phone case Comment: I was not happy with this product. It was easy to put on my phone, but it is now broken. There were cracks in two different areas of the case and I hadn't even dropped my phone all I did was snap it on there.
