Comment: These shirts are amazing. I use them for running and they wick sweat like none other. The fit is great, not too tight, not too loose. It's really light and comfortable. Merino wool is the best fabric you can get. Probably the best part is what the other review says: these shirts never smell at all. Under Armour and other brands smell horrible if you don't launder them after every use. You can pretty much just rinse the icebreaker shirts off in the shower after you're done and they'll be good to go by the next day.

Comment: This shirt is awesome. It was recommended to me by a friend but because of the price and material (wool) I was skeptical at first. It's 100% merino wool, which sounds like it would be hot, scratchy and just overall uncomfortable, but this isn't the case at all. I will admit is was a little scratchy when I first got it, but after about two washes it was fine.
Because of the merino wool if I'm hot and sweaty it keeps my cool by wicking sweat away, and because wool is such a great insulator when I'm cold it keeps me warm. The best part though is that it NEVER smells at all.
I used to wear a lot of Under Armour but after a good workout it would smell absolutely TERRIBLE. I definitely wouldn't be able to wear it more than once.
On the other hand with Icebreaker, an adventurer Sir Peter Blake wore a prototype of the shirt for "40 days and 40 nights and it didn't itch or get whiffy".
Seriously do yourself a favor and buy this shirt!

This short-sleeved top feels soft as a tissue and performs better than any synthetic top in your closet. Since merino postpones the point at which your body breaks a sweat, you'll stay dry and comfortable much longer than you would in most tech tees. Icebreaker brought the Tech T-shirt's side and shoulder seams forward to provide a more natural fit and minimize chafing while you run or hike.
