As for the product, the skirt is what I should have expected. For such a cheap buy, I guess I should have expected to be disappointed. I did not expect for it to have flaps for pockets in the front and back. I would have preferred it with none or just in the back. But that might have been my fault for not reading the description.
The actual skirt was not cheap, it wasn't falling apart or anything and was properly lined. It was the fit. It's very very awkward fitting. I am not sure if it's aimed for for older ladies who wear their skirts higher, or for thicker hips, but this looks horrible on me. I will probably never ever wear it unless I do some of my own major alterations, but that will not be worth my time considering I spent 9 bucks on it.
So overall, don't be scared to order from the company, but be weary of buying such cheap clothes.

High-waisted style has a shapely fit defined by a tab-waist, front flap pockets and a 7 1/2" back slit. Back zip, 23" in length, fully lined. Poly blend. Dry clean.
