Summary: This is a very good product every cook needs!
Comment: This is a product which preforms as claimed (something a bit unusual these days). I have found it useful for ensuring true temp for my griddle, gas grill, refrigerator, freezer, and pizza stone in the oven. As time passes I find myself using it for more tasks and some not even cooking related!
I certainly recommend this product!

Summary: Quick Temperature Reading
Comment: This is a great product and definitely lives up to its product description. The unit has a solid feel and I don't have the impression that it is a low quality product. Temperature readings are quick and accurate as far as I can tell. It provides many uses such as confirming the temperature of foods to finding heat sources in your home. It has helped me pinpoint the areas in my house that I am losing precious air-conditioning.
My biggest problem with the thermometer is the laser, the infrared temperature reads from a much larger area than the laser points to and until you get used to the unit you may be confused by the temperature reading for areas at a distance of 4 feet or more away.
But all in all a great product.
