Summary: Great Product
Comment: I read previous reviews before buying this laptop and had questions about getting it. I went ahead and bought it because my previous computer was a SONY VAIO and I really enjoyed it. Some of the previous reviews said that there was to much "stuff" on the computer and it took to long to start up. I called SONY and they helped me over the phone to delete the programs. It took only about 10 minutes. I have also had several questions in which I have had to call SONY. Everytime I call, I get a person right away that is able to help me. They have gone over and beyond to help me with anything I have needed. Great product and customer service!
