Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: avoid toshiba - deserves no stars Comment: deceptive advertising/specifications It was my misfortune to buy one of these lemons. Toshiba does not mention in their ads or specs that it is built to only run vista. Installing any other operating system will void the warranty. They also don't mention that there is no actual vista disk included, only rescue disks to reinstall vista and the other crapware preinstalled on the hard drive. Over the course of more than two hours, their customer disservice department provided only excuses, evasions an misdirection. At one point, rather than provide information, they transferred my call microsoft. I will never again buy any Toshiba product - Toshiba cannot be trusted. More Reviews
