Summary: Do Not Like At All
Comment: I think the barry's bootcamp is deceiving. The ball is smaller and less sturdy then shown. Too much bouncing around. I wanted more stable workout with the rubberband. I also got charged with hidden charges, the vitamins and the membership dues, from barry's bootcamp that i had to call and get credit for. I waited to long to use the dvd and could not return and get a refund or i would have. Very disappointed. My only hope is that it helps me loose weight and get in shape

Comment: This is a great work-out product for beginnners, as well as the more advanced work-out warrior. I have really bad knees, but find if I stick to at least some of the alternate moves, I'm okay (every exercise has an alternate move for either the beginner or person who has back/knee, etc. problems). I also like the fact that the main work-out is about 25 minutes (which is great for those days you don't have time for a full-blown hour routine but still want to do something), but each DVD also has six optional 12 minute "Mission Specialist" routines you can add for a longer work-out.

Comment: This is an awesome in home exercise program. If you can stick with Barry's program, you're sure to lose weight. After 2 work outs, I was so sore. I've been with a trainer at a gym, and the trainer did not work me this hard. For the price, this is WELL worth it. I've tried several "gimmicks" from TV, this is the sure thing! Amazon shipped very quickly, I am one happy customer. Thank you Barry! A++++++

Comment: I have been doing Barry's Bootcamp Workout for a month now. I totally love it!!! It has made a huge difference in my body and the way my clothes fit. I love that there is beginner, intermediate and advanced.
This is a fun workout and I look forward to it every morning. I love the positive attitude and energy! I bought this for my 22 year old daughter and she, too, is enjoying it. It is sooo much better than going to the gym.
