I was thinking...and I want all of you to think about this also.

When Hitler was in power and the Nazis ran the concentration camps against the Jews, homosexuals, political opposites, etc, they employed many medical experiments against pregnant women.

Many of our modern day technology comes from the experiments preformed on innocent people under the reign of Hitler.

Here is my question to you, are we right in using these techniques? And are we justifying Hitler's actions and his soldier’s actions in torturing these poor people for the promotion of his "superior race"?

It's definitely something to ponder...

Throughout time people have been tortured and killed for pieces of information to serve someones agenda. At the end of their reign you could almost say those deaths were pointless. 8 million Jews died horribly in concentration camps to provide "information" that managed to help out the world, even after the horrid Nazi reign was over. It nowhere near justifies the deaths of all those Jews, but at least something good came from it, no matter what the quantity of that good may be.

I truly don't see the purpose in degressing medical processes because an evil dictator was responsible for them.

These are my sentiments exactly.

If Saddam Hussein were to say the sun goes up in the east that doesn't mean it has to go up in the west. The Nazis also pioneered in efforts against breast cancer and anti smoking campaigns if I am not mistaking, that doesn't mean those are bad.

I think you can use the knowledge without approving of the methods used to gain it.
It's like refusing anatomical research on the grounds that the pioneers of this, may have employed body snatchers for their aims.
Or refusing to have central heating in your home because it was pioneered by the Romans.

All we can do is use the information in a more ethical manner than it's pioneers.

"All we can do is use the information in a more ethical manner than it's pioneers."

Precisely. There are very, very few instances where the same result could have been reached with better technology and a little patience, rather than brutally cutting living people apart.
