The U.N. did finally acknowledge there is a problem with sexual abuse in their various site programs. The most odious to me would be the pedophiles. This article says they have a plan to deal with the problem but it will take 3-4 years to implement fully. I would like to suggest that if they turned one pedophile over to the local authorities rather than sending them somewhere else the problem would be dealt with much quicker.

 Damned straight. The lowest form of amoeba...no ifs, ands, or buts.

I've got a better idea. There are plenty of folks here in our prisons who would just as soon throw a kiddy-raper in a wood shredder as look at 'em. They can't be punished for their crime because many hail as part of a politically sacrosanct sexual activities group.

Toss their butts into the deserts of the middle east, and see how fast that problem begins to disappear. No more money or time needed.

Unless you count the body bags and clean up. :D
