Anyone else following the trouble H&R is having lately? They did their own taxes wrong :eek: , then there has been a lot of publicity and online chatter I've noticed about their fee-ridden rapid refund loans they offer with HSBC, and then just the other week the state of New York sued them for their IRAs, which apparently lost money for most of their customers over the years.
Do you think the government is going after low hanging fruit targeting lending shops like H&R, or do you think that there needs to be more regulation of these shops? I tend to lean towards the latter.
