Three of them are:

Navy (President: Carter, QB: Staubach)
Michigan (President: Ford, QB: Brady)
Stanford (President: Hoover, QB: Plunkett, Elway)

Time for google.

Who else but Wikipedia should have the answer?

Naval Academy, Stanford, Michigan.

As to the fourth, hmmm.

Purdue has QB's Len Dawson & Bob Griese, and Benjamin Harrison was on the Board of Trustees.
