Wow, that's an interesting read. It sounds as though the equipment is intended for legitimate scientific uses, but it's scary there are no safeguards to ensure that's what it's actually used for. And not just these government sales either. All this equipment is available to the public at full cost, as well. Looks like here's another industry in need of regulation...
