First she makes a big huff about the fact that Buster (an animated rabbit on PBS) visits a real life lesbian couple in vermont which leads to its censorship an now she is beaten...ok thrashed by David St. Hubbins of Spinal Tap” or “Lenny from Laverne and Shirley” on Jeopardy and we are supposed to thik that this rightwing homophobe is anything but another evangelical nutjob with less sense then the fool who gives his life savings to a super church.....:D

Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings appeared on Celebrity Jeopardy last night. She lost. By a lot. This screenshot comes just after the end of the Double Jeopardy round, when the imminent loss was most painfully apparent. She lost to (in the words of outraged Wonkette emailers) either “David St. Hubbins of Spinal Tap” or “Lenny from Laverne and Shirley” (better those two than Nigel Tufnel and Squiggy, we suppose). Two of those emails are reprinted after the jump.

Was there supposed to be a point to this thread? I followed the link. I read the material. I still can't find the reason for this thread. Strange.

To say the secretary of education apparently doesn't have very good education, I'm assuming.

Well, it's at least mildly amusing that our Federal Secretary of Education got her butt kicked on Jeopardy against a secondary actor on the Laverne and Shirley show.

Hmm lets see a point....

How about the sec of education being a moron?

How about the Sec of Education a big NCLB supporter showing just how dumb she is?

How about the Sec of Education showing just why those with a Politcal Science Degree should be considered not only retarded but the absolute last person to be in charge of eduational policy

OR

How about the shear funniness of the sec of education losing (by a landslide) to a man who went to the very public schools that she says are broken.....
