When authorities confiscates everything involved.... cash, cars, property etc, it can be a real money maker for local law enforcement agencies. Eventually drug enforcement could be a self supporting endeavor.

Actually, the way things are now, it's not hard to see who the real criminals are....And it ain't the pot smoker either....;)
