A US federal appeals court has ruled a man called Moses, who tried to part the waters of an Idaho creek for a real estate development project, violated the Clean Water Act and should go to prison.

Real estate broker and developer Charles Moses sought to reshape the flow of Idaho's Teton Creek near a housing development starting in the 1980s.

"He argued that he was not increasing pollutants into US waters and did not heed US agencies ordering him to stop. The US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals did not agree with Moses' arguments and upheld a district court sentence of 1.5 years in prison for each of the three counts of his conviction."

Typical developer that ignores officials and does what he wants. Now he has to pay the price for his actions.

Typical godless federal government.

They'll get theirs when our lord returns and smites them all in his holy wrath.

Typical godless federal government.

.
If we had honest developers we wouldn't need so many laws at the State and Federal Level. When floods occur to developer action, what do some people say, why didn't the state or feds protect me.
