Video - Brittney Spears Fan Comes Un-Glued

While most of our nation has chosen this day to commemorate the deaths of 3,000 innocents, this... um... person... has other priorities.

I'm not sure what I find more disturbing about this video - the fact that anyone could care so deeply about a no-talent, washed-up celebrity.. or the fact that this person's sex remains a total mystery to me.

Wow, that's just weird. I only watched about a third of it though, I don't want to see them go all crazy. I'm pretty sure that's a male to female sex change patient. It scares me to see people get that attached to celebrities. In fact, it scares me to see anyone giving a damn about celebrities. I read in a newspaper that Keira Knightley (here (http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2006/celebdatabase/keiraknightley/keira_knightley1_300_400.jpg), for the uninitiated) said in an interview that she doesn't understand why people care about her private life, since it has no effect on her roles. The article writer thought this was being naive, and maybe it is, but it's a good question.

This person in the video needs help. I didn't make it through the whole thing. It makes me wonder about some of the younger generation. As for me, I could care less about Britney. Didn't care for the hype and her music before, still don't.

Who is crazier, the people who give two ****s about this loser, or the (wo)man in the LiveLeak video?

People probably cried over Elvis, or the Beatles.

We're looking down on it because it's just some stupid pop star, but you know what? People are always interested in the private lives of public figures, or else no one would ever buy a biography.

And, for the record, I have an entire shelf devoted to the Beatles....although I have never cried over them.

Yes it is, it's using a celebrity to fill an aching void in your life. Very disturbing is correct and not at all funny.

Son just managed to find this guy's (yea, it's a guy, not a gal) myspace website. He's doing it for hobby, to make a jest of various groupies, fans, and similar creatures.

Well, it got him his 15 minutes, didn't it?

I do love it when tech-savvie kids manage to pull the wool over people's eyes.

Although it was pretty scary (I saw it on MSNBC).

Sure did... got people confused whether he's a boy or a girl, convincing enough acting that people thought he was serious.

I'd say he just moved into first place for the leading role in "The Crying Game II".

Heard this morning on Joe Scarborough that some production company wants to create a show around this guy. I didn't catch if it was planned for television or the internet.
