View Full Version : Westboro Baptist Church to picket Madelyn Dunhams funeral

WBC to picket the funeral of Madelyn Payne Dunham, - pursuant to the picketing laws of Hawaii or Kansas or, etc., wherever burial occurs, - in religious protest and warning to the living; to wit: "Prepare to meet thy God." Amos 4:11.

Yes. Dying time is truth time, and reflection time, and time for meditating on the weighty issues of life: getting right with God, life, death, Heaven, Hell, sin, righteousness, judgment to come, etc. Obama says his grandmother Dunham raised him, and, her "influence on his manner and the way he viewed the world was substantial." If so, then she has much to answer for as she stands before the Lord. Obama says he will use the White House as a Bully Pulpit to advance the cause of murdering more babies and same-sex marriage. "God hath appointed a day, in the which He will judge the world in righteousness by Christ." Acts 17:31. "And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry to him day and night?"
Luke 18:7.

"For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompence, saith the Lord. It is afearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.." Reb. 10:30,31.

There are very few people I hate. But these people, not nessecarily the younger ones, cause they have been brainwashed, but Fred Phelps and his sister, I won't even say it. But I really do hate them.

Besides sad and terrible, it really is interesting the extremes to which people's minds can go.

Considering that the now President elect will be in attendance, I doubt the US SS will let the Westboro yahoos within 20 miles of the service; they'll be so far away no one will even know they were there.

I wonder if they could arrest a few of these ****ers to teach them a lesson? :D

Good point. As extreme as they are they could definitely be considered a security risk.

On the upside, they provide something that all of us, regardless of what side of the aisle we are on, can heap our scorn and loathing upon!

Who gives a crap what these idiots think? We had some screwball up in Missouri who was always in the news with his crazy ideas. Ignore them. The Secret Service will handle them with dispatch if it comes to that. I'm sure they have the names of all of the hate groups at hand. They don't take any bulloney from anyone these days.

I actually turned someone in the other day to the SS. This person said there was still time to take Obama out before he was sworn in. There's a good possibility he is a KKK member. I hope they scare the sheet out of him.

That's going a bit far. I'd just lock them in prison for a few years, then let them out but tell them that if they try crap like that again they're going in for life.

I wonder if they could arrest a few of these ****ers to teach them a lesson? :DHopefully NOT! Here in the US we have freedom of speech, no matter how heinous and misguided.

I hope they can find a PRETENSE of some OTHER reason to arrest them and teach them a lesson! That's the American way!

Someday Phelps will find out God hates publicity hounds that abuse His name for personal gain rather than homosexuals.

Have you called them? There should be a phone number listed for them. If you know of a specific threat I would not hesitate.

I can't think of anything worse than something happening to President Obama to tear this country apart. I had my many criticisms of him but have made my peace. He will be my president. However, I do believe that there are crazy fanatics out there who just like in the time of Lincoln will not rest until they have attained their goals.

Call them. If you can't find their phone number, let me know. I will get it for you. I have my sources.

Well yes, that's kinda what I was thinking. In Canada we could probably charge them under our Hate Laws. They'd better not try anything up here or they might find themselves locked away in a foreign prison for a bit, and I doubt the American consulate would be eager to help them out. :D

Can I just quickly say, do you feel its entirely appropriate to refer to the Secret Service as the "SS"?

I don't have a specific enough of a threat to call them. I think it's a dumb arse shooting his mouth off. I'd rather have them interview him and put a little fear into his head.

But I did find their phone numbers.

It wasn't my intention to create a link between the US & the Third Reich. I was actually in a rush, and it was a short cut that saved me all of 2.3 seconds.....:D
